I’m going to start this review by letting readers know I’m the manager for several estates and one 33-unit apartment... building. I need to call on plumbers more often than most people, as a result. In my experience there is not a more valuable plumbing company to call than Andersen Commercial Plumbing. They have sent me many different Techs over the past 4 years, some to commercial building environments and some to private residential properties, and without fail their guys have been the most professional and capable plumbers I have ever hired.Andersen is not the plumbing contractor for those of you out there trying to get the lowest price; bear that in mind but with it bear in mind that the work they do is top notch and I’ve never had to call them back out to redo something. Also, depending on the classification of the property or the occupants within that property, I value that I can trust the Andersen Team to always move as if they were in a museum. I trust them with the fine finishings of a private home and the high traffic common areas of a mixed use property.It is hard to find a company that is remarkably impressive in all aspects of their work but Andersen Commercial Plumbing has impressed me this way every time I’ve called them in the last 4 years and throughout all the properties I have called them to work. I assume you would have an identical experience if you were to need and call them.read more

This is not a review for the plumbing, but for the driver in North Hollywood on 5/9/22 who was driving erratically and... harassing me on my commute. Swerving in and out of the lane and riding the bumper of the car in front of you because they are following the speed limit is unsafe and illegal. Hire better drivers.read more

Andersen Plumbing was amazing! They came and fixed our leaking urinal. They sent out Austin who is a Master Plumber. At... first I was worried they were going to send an entry level person. Austin was so professional, he had all the right tools, was efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. The job was done 100% correct. These guys are worth every penny. Thank you!read more

I've just been gouged for work done at an office building that I rent space from. Under the sink shut off valves we're... leaking so I needed them replaced. The job took the guy less than 20 minutes to shut off the water and replace the two valves($6 each). $458 later The job has been completed. I spoke to other plumbers and they concur, this type of work is a couple hundred dollars maximum. Tread lightly if you're to use this business. My hands were tied cuz the building I least space from required me to use them. Never again!read more

Johnathon was my rep, and I have used his services 2x at my place of business. 1x for an emergency, 1x for a main water... line pipe repair. His service and attention to detail was second to none. The namesake of the company is the person that hired me but has absolutely no backbone. The position I was hired for... was a field position. My counterpart was instructed to train me on their software only to find out not only did he quit shortly after I was hired but that he had been the only person still using the previous antiquated version. The Vice President was fully aware of this and set me up for failure.The company is losing money on their projects from being top heavy and no accountability in the field despite management knowing how many hours were allotted for the job. In addition, the other estmators were continuing to write estmates for companies that hadn't awarded Andersen any projects in over five years. This worked out great for the GC's as they had a comparative estimate for a Do Not Exceed for the other plumbing sub-contractors.read more

While your explaining the request for repairs, he’s already visualizing what’s going to happen and can relate to that. Andersen Plumbing has always been my “Go To” Plumbing Company. As an engineer at Beverly Hospital I need to have a... plumbing company that can respond and perform any plumbing job I May have. I can always count on Andersen plumbing for that. I’ve used Andersen plumbing for about 9 years now and I can say that I have no complaints whatsoever. All of their plumbers are professional and do their jobs well, however, their is one plumber in particular that deserves mention. Jonathan is a plumber with Andersen who I can count on to perform the most technical of jobs here at the hospital. He has exceeded all of my expectations over the years.
