Julie Weingart, CPA, JD, joined ACP as the new Chief Executive Officer. Julie brings extensive executive leadership experience, including senior roles at Quality Distribution, a chemical trucking, depot, and repair services business. A Florida native, Julie began her career working alongside her father in the family auto repair business in Dunedin, Florida—an experience that shaped her practical, operations-focused leadership style.
Julie is a proud Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and the mother of two daughters who attend Flagler College and Arizona State University.

With over 25 years in the industry Christian is well versed in all aspects of commercial plumbing & construction. As an IAPMO certified plumbing inspector & plans examiner he can provide a solution to any plumbing code issue. Christian has a vast knowledge of plumbing, building, Health Dept. and accessibility codes, design and practices. Christian specializes in design-build, commercial, industrial, medical, food service and specialized piping & plumbing systems, new construction, tenant improvement, repair, retrofit and is well versed in water conservation & LEED design and construction. Christian strives to maintain strong relationships with contractors, designers, facility mangers and code officials as well as establishing new relationships with potential clients and others in the construction industry.

With over 40 years of commercial plumbing experience in Southern California; he has grown Andersen Commercial Plumbing, with the help of all of the valuable field and office staff of over 150, to where it is today! As a second-generation commercial plumber, Paul strives each day to instill his "Customer Comes First" attitude to all the team members and works to deliver on this reputation on every job.
