Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service – Estimating Coordinator to join our team. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring accurate estimates for plumbing projects, following up with clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive success on all projects.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate hands-on with customers regarding estimated work, answering inquiries and following-up to drive overall estimate conversion
• Review project details and scope provided by plumbers, and help cost out estimate based on material needs
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions, concerns, and provide updates on estimates.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for plumbing projects based on gathered information and company pricing guidelines (training will be provided)
• Maintain accurate records of estimate and opportunity status, and coordinate key stakeholders (plumbers, GMs, customers).
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating timelines based on approved estimates.

Qualifications:

• Light plumbing experience/technical knowledge (preferred but not required)
• Experience in plumbing estimation or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive demeanor and results-oriented approach
• Proficient in using estimating software and tools preferred (e.g., ServiceTitan)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or vocational training in plumbing or construction-related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in plumbing estimation or customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. ServiceTitan)

Compensation and Benefits

• $24-28/hr. depending on knowledge and experience.

Location: This position is based at our Orange County/San Diego location and may require occasional travel to client sites.

Compliance Requirements

• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment.
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard.
