Paul Andersen

Paul is the Owner and President of Andersen Commercial Plumbing. He supervises the overall operations and management of our team. He also performs estimating, project management and coordination of design/build projects . With over 37 years of commercial plumbing experience in Southern California; he has brought Andersen Commercial Plumbing, with the help of all our valuable field and office staff to where it is today! As a second generation commercial plumber he strives each day to instill his "Customer Comes First" attitude to all his team members. He stands by with his reputation on each and every job.

Christian Hand

Vice President, Chief Estimator/Project Manager, Christian is our VP and Senior Project Manager, handling job walks, project estimates and project management. Christian oversees our estimating department and project managers. He is a Certified Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner enabling him to provide a solution to any plumbing code issue or problem. Christian has over 18 years of commercial plumbing experience in the field and over 8 years of experience in commercial plumbing supervision, project management and estimating. With his vast experience he brings our clients professional plumbing solutions as well as comprehensive bids and management of projects large and small. Christian has a great positive attitude and is an asset to our company. He exemplifies our philosophy of Service to our Customers is our #1 priority!

Mark Newell

As our Service Department Manager Mark is involved in management and Sales and Marketing for Andersen Commercial Plumbing, Inc. He meets with Building Managers and Building Engineers helping them to facilitate the upkeep the plumbing systems in their buildings. His ability to professionally interact with all levels of management has made him a great addition to our Team. He is also involved with the scheduling of manpower in the Service Department, Service Estimating, Job Walks, Material Procurement along with Service Sales and Marketing. Mark brings to our company over 30 years of customer service and plumbing experience.


Albert Robles

Purchasing Agent, Albert is our Purchasing Agent. Albert has over 15 yrs. experience in Commercial Plumbing Purchasing. Albert worked on the wholesale side for many years and knows both sides of the business. He is a great communicator and gets along great with everyone. He works with our Project Managers and field staff to purchase all the materials they need to get the job done in a timely manner. He is extremely conscientious with this most important component of our business. We value Albert greatly here.


Roxie Behr

Roxie is the Director of Human Resources at Andersen Commercial Plumbing, Inc. and our Payroll Department Manager. She oversees the company payroll, employee benefits and HR for our team. She handles the administration of human resource policies, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation and employment. Roxie's pleasant demeanor is a great fit for our office. She is a crucial part of our weekly operations and we value her experience and knowledge in all of these areas. Roxie is a Certified California Notary Public. As someone who thirsts for knowledge, she is constantly learning more about our industry to better serve her team.

Patrick Prouty

Estimator/Project Manager, Patrick has over 20 years of Commercial Plumbing experience. Patrick handles project estimating, project management, sales, job walks and design/build projects. Patrick has a very positive attitude and is a pleasure to work with. His extensive field experience in Multi-Tenant, Industrial, Medical, Tenant Improvement and new commercial construction has made Patrick a valuable asset to our company and our clients. Patrick has been involved in many large projects including Hospitals, Schools, Industrial Plants and many other projects on the Private and Public side of construction. Patrick has his C-36 Plumbing Contractors License, C-42 Sanitation License, Machinist Certificate and OSHA Safety Certificates. We are very glad to have him as part of our team.

Candace Franco

Assistant Project Manager, Candace is an important team member working closely with our Project Managers and our clients in the construction division. She has many years of project management experience and her knowledge is a great asset to our company. Our clients enjoy working with Candace because of her positive attitude and the attention she gives to the details of each project. She is also directly involved in each construction project. From project coordination to estimating to contracts and change order management to submittals to billings to close outs and many other responsibilities, Candace is also a Certified California Notary Public and has her B.A. in Business from Cal State Lutheran University. We are very happy to have her as a team member.

Johnny Pickard

Service Department. Johnny has many years of customer service and wears many hats in our service department. He works on scheduling our service department technicians and mainly with project coordination between our clients, techs and suppliers. Johnny reviews all completed work orders from the field and reviews information for our billing department. He is in constant contact with our customers about our services. His extensive plumbing experience enables him to assess the client's service needs and insure that our techs have the equipment and parts that they need for each particular job. Johnny has been instrumental in launching and running our new paperless Service Dispatch Program. Johnny has a positive attitude, friendly personality and "THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST" mentality.

Robert Vergara

Service Department Estimating and Dispatch. Robert has been with our company for many years. He has worked his way up from Warehouse Manager to Commercial Service Tech to his current estimating position in our Service Department. Robert has shown to be super conscientious, loyal, trustworthy and through in all the work he performs here. Robert handles estimating service jobs and provides the proposals to our customers. Robert has a great personality and is always willing and able to help our customers and our other staff. Robert has been a great asset to our company.

Nathan Miller

Estimator/Project Manager. Nathan has been involved in the field of commercial plumbing for over 15 years and has vast knowledge and field experience in new construction and tenant improvements. He excels at the challenge of fast track projects and works well with our design department ensuring that the client's demands always come first. His combined plumbing expertise aids in producing projects of the highest caliber. Nathan is great at tracking details and keeping clients informed about all aspects of the construction process. He has an amazing record of providing customers with superior service. We are proud to have him on the Andersen team.

Katie Adcox

Office Assistant, Katie is our office assistant at Andersen Commercial Plumbing and her impressive organizational skills help to keep our office very organized and running smoothly. She assists with projects in each of our departments and always does so with a commitment to excellence. Katie works well with each team member, helping to streamline all projects. She also provides exceptional service to our ACP customers and always treats them with a friendly attitude. She is an integral member to our team and we appreciate her dedication to the company.

Jessica Bennett

Office Assistant. We are very pleased to have Jessica on our team. She comes to our company with 17 years of office experience and extensive background in customer service, collections and accounts receivable. Our customers like her friendly and helpful demeanor; their service requests are handled quickly and professionally. She gives out options and choices, always putting the client's needs first. Her motto "Ultimately, the client always comes first!" Jessica is a team player and has streamlined many projects in each department within our company, working closely with all team members. She is currently working on her bachelor's degree in accounting. We are glad she is part of ACP!

General Foreman. Joe is our General Foreman for the construction side of our company. Joe is responsible for assisting Craig our Field Superintendent. He is also is responsible for organization and field management of projects and implementing measures to increase the company's effectiveness and efficiency. Joe has many years in the commercial plumbing industry and has a very positive attitude. He brings a great ability to help train our foreman, journeymen and apprentices. He also is our conduit for information from our client's field staff to our Project Managers and Superintendent. Joe has been a great asset in helping us grow and get to the next level.

Chris Childress

Chris is one of our General Foremen. Chris works under Craig our Field Superintendent. He is in charge of labor control and management. Chris controls and analyzes labor costs through reviewing job costing and transferring this information to the field foreman. He is instrumental in watching our labor and keeping jobs staffed correctly. Chris also oversees a portion of our projects on the construction side through job coordination with our clients and our field personnel. He has many years of commercial plumbing and project management experience. Chris is a vital part of our management team.

Patrick Ryno

Patrick is in our Shipping and Receiving Department, and handles our Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse management. He is very organized and keeps our warehouse ship shape. Patrick is in charge of deliveries to the jobsites and keeping our field supplied with material and our warehouse stocked so our personnel have what they need to get the jobs done. Patrick is a valuable team member and important in keeping our jobs running smoothly.

Stephanie Longoria

Service Department. Stephanie is our lead service dispatcher. Through our paperless dispatching program she schedules all service techs and directs them to all service calls. She handles customer service from taking calls and requests from our clients to making sure our techs have responded to each call in a timely manner. She sends out the daily schedules in the afternoons so every tech is ready for their morning calls. Stephanie has many years in the plumbing service field and has helped our service division give exemplary service to our clients. We are very glad to have her aboard.

Barbara Holden

Service Department. Barbara comes to us with over 24 years of experience in the plumbing industry. She is directly involved in our Service Department preparing service billings for Property Managers and Engineers. Barbara also assists in sending out qualified techs to meet each client's needs. With her experience and attention to customer service, we are confident that your service requests will be handled and solutions will be found to all of your plumbing issues. We are very happy to have her on our team.

Jamie Barraza

Jaime is also in our Shipping and Receiving Department. He handles Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse organization as well as deliveries to jobsites. Jaime is out there every day doing pickups and deliveries to our jobsites to keep our field running smooth. Between material, tools and equipment itís a full time job keeping or field stocked. Jaime has a great attitude and is always ready to go the extra mile to get the job done.

Melissa Valdez

Office assistant. Melissa contributes to the team effort by accomplishing all tasks along with clerical duties to help run an organization efficiently. She provides excellent customer service by fullfilling the needs and expectations of the customers. With several years of administrative duties, Melissa demonstrates her commitment to continue professional development and further her education. With an AST degree in Business, AA degree in University Studies Business and Technology/ Social and Behavioral Sciences, she is a keen member of our company.

Our Field Staff - 2016 Christmas Party

We have a great and loyal field staff at ACP Inc. With approximately 80 plumbers in the field we are ready to take on any commercial plumbing project from small Tenant Improvement projects to large Industrial ground up Design/Build projects. Our field staff is highly trained from our foremen to our apprentices to our TI and our Commercial Service Division. These guys get the job done in a most professional and timely manner. We have field staff that has been with the company for up to 17 years. We truly believe in the team concept. We could not be as successful as we are without this great bunch of guys.
